The Wiz Happy Hour Group is doing an Otto Porter appreciation night at the Tombs in Georgetown on Saturday (12/12) night at 7:30pm. A chance to celebrate a local player as well as support the Wizards and the Hoyas.

All six NBA Hoyas were in action on Wednesday night, including a battle between Otto Porter's Wizards and Roy Hibbert's Pacers.

Otto Porter struggled in the Wizards second game of the season, but still had an impact on defense and the Wizards held on to beat the Magic and move to 1-1.

Jeff Green and Roy Hibbert had typically outstanding nights for the Celtics and Pacers respectively. Otto Porter had a solid first game and Henry Sims and Hollis Thompson both started for the Sixers.

Otto Porter scores 22 points in Wizards final preseason game
Otto actually led the Wizards in scoring throughout the preseason too and shot almost 50% from three-point range. It's still only the preseason, but Otto sure looks like he's settling into the NBA like he settled into college during his second year.
