Feeling the need to refresh your hatred for the traitors at Syracuse in the off-season? Look no further! Your Georgetown Hoyas are scheduled to take on the enemy (and former conference rival) tonight at 7:30pm ET in the first round of the NCAA tournament, live from College Park, MD.

Georgetown clinched their third consecutive BIG EAST men’s lacrosse title last Saturday afternoon, with the Hoyas taking down the University of Denver Pioneers by a score of 10-9. According to GUHoyas.com, Georgetown is the only team in the conference to win three championships since this annual tournament began. This victory got them an auto-bid to the 2021 NCAA Tournament, which kicks off today.

Regarding our opponent...it pains me to inform you that the Syracuse Orange have 10 men’s lacrosse titles, more than any other school since the NCAA began holding a D1 Men’s Lacrosse championship. They last won it all back in 2009.

All of the early round NCAA tournament games are being carried on the ESPN family of stations, primarily ESPNU. If you scroll to the bottom of the page, there is a link to the online TV coverage: https://guhoyas.com/sports/mens-lacrosse/schedule
