Fans of the Georgetown Hoyas and NCAA basketball, generally, have to wait only two more weeks until opening day, November 25th.
Being 14 days out, TV schedules are starting to solidify. Kind of.
SCHEDULE: BIG EAST Announces Times & TV Listings for December https://t.co/2rBsnIxI2f

While the BIG EAST TV schedule looks good for national followers of the Hoyas (FS1 for all four), the fans must still patiently wait for an announcement from Georgetown about the non-conference schedule—or an alert from our cable providers. With WVU confirmed, be sure to check out recent schedule posts for other probable opponents.
In the meantime, Georgetown faithful can get excited about the 2021 recruiting class who (apparently) all signed national letters of intent today. Only 300+ days until that class plays a game.

Ryan Mutombo will be signing on Instagram Live at 7PM, according to his post today.
Here’s a look at some of the 2021 commits:

I became a HUGE fan of 2021 Tyler Beard (Hargrave Military) this summer and he continues to show why. Finding his teammates well today but he put on an absolute scoring show this summer. #PhenomHoops pic.twitter.com/UA9uiBOnyU

There was an interview with Patrick Ewing from earlier this week on “The Opinionated 7-Footers” podcast where he discusses John Thompson, Grant Hill, and the early days of Assistant Coach Ewing.
Lastly, there will be a virtual open practice on November 19th at 6:30 PM, hosted by John Fanta, Patrick Ewing, Jr., and Mark Guerrera of the Hoya Hoop Club. The virtual open practice will be accessible to those who have donated to Georgetown Athletics since July 1, 2020.
