GAME THREAD: Georgetown Hoyas at Bahamanian National Team

Your Fighting Hoyas of Georgetown kick off a three game series against the Bahamanian national team tonight and you can follow all the action right here on THE GLOBAL PHENOMENON.

The Georgetown Hoyas have begun their #BahamasBusinessTrip as park of their seven-day foreign tour from August 10-17, 2019, where they will play three exhibition games against the Bahamian National Team.

The in-game rules-expectations are that, like other touring college teams, the Hoyas will play under FIBA rules, which includes a three-point arc at the new NCAA distance of 22 feet, 1¾ inches. There would also be a 24-second shot clock and using four 10 minute quarters (with 5-minute overtime periods). The basketball itself would also be different.
