LINKS: Mullin Out at St. John’s, Hoyas Odds to Win 2020 National Championship, Early Bracketology and Ewing in a Mets Uniform!

UVA won the 2019 National Championship last night in a riveting game against Texas Tech, and now it’s finally time to turn the page and focus on next season.

First up, changes coming to Queens, as St. John’s and head coach Chris Mullin have agreed to part ways. The Johnnies failed to live up to expectations during the Mullin era, and the new AD with massive Duke ties is primed to make a splashy hire. Who might the Johnnies end up with? The NY Post offers Bobby Hurley, Rick Pitino, Tim Cluess, and Rick Pitino among others.

In other news, during the game last night Ceasar’s released its Odds to win the 2020 National Championship. Your Fighting Hoyas of Georgetown are currently sitting at 500-1, which seems a tad high for a team that should be in the top part of the Big East next season.

Also during the game last night, ESPN “bracketologist” Joe Lunardi unveiled his first bracket for next season which includes a particularly juicy play-in game:

Any finally, Patrick Ewing in a Mets uniform!

Let’s Go Mets!
