While other coaches are wasting time preparing their squads for NCAA Tournament games, Georgetown’s Patrick Ewing is hitting the recruiting trail hard. Just days after seeing his incoming recruits Mac McClung and Josh LeBlanc win State Championships in Virginia and Louisiana, Ewing was in New Jersey last night to see two potential future Hoyas, Khalil Whitney and Alanzo Frink.
Patrick Ewing is in the cut like a bandaid tonight! I wonder who he is at the game recruiting????

Of the two, the Class of ‘19 wing Whitney is the more heralded recruit, currently with a 4-star rating and offers from a plethora of schools.
Ewing’s immediate attention was likely on Frink, a Class of ‘18 PF who blossomed late and is now starting to get more national attention.
Haven't seen it reported anywhere else but according to the interviewer here Alanzo Frink picked up an offer from Pat tonight https://t.co/sqt0GdydQM via @YouTube

The Hoyas could certainly use another big for next season and beyond, as other than returning seniors Jessie Govan and Marcus Derrickson the Hoyas are pretty thin up front.
Highlights below:

Alanzo Frink:
Stay tuned.
