Campbell averaged 3.4 points and 1.3 assists in 14 minutes per game for the Hoyas last season, and was rumored to have been out for this upcoming season due to various injuries sustained last season in the bus accident and in the offseason.
With Campbell’s departure, Georgetown will use a rotation of Jagan Mosely, Jonathan Mulmore, Trey Dickerson and Jahvon Blair at the point.
The Hoyas have at least one scholarship to fill ahead of the upcoming season.
Best of luck to Tre!
