Another piece of the puzzle for next season.

Any player who can finish his layups is one worth having.

As reported by @GoodmanESPN, the Hoyas have picked up a welcome addition to the roster for next season. After visiting the Hilltop this weekend along with a whole bunch of fellow recruits, grad transfer Trey Dickerson has decided that he wants to continue his college basketball career at Georgetown.

New head coach Patrick Ewing, along with a still-unclear assistant staff, has been working hard to find quality players who will round out the roster for next year and beyond. This commitment is a solid pickup, as Dickerson was an integral part of the squad that won South Dakota their first-ever Summit League regular season title this spring.

Per the post that first announced his planned visit, "Dickerson, a 6’1” point guard from Queens, NY, averaged 10 points and 3 assists per game for the Coyotes last season after transferring to South Dakota from Iowa. He led the Coyotes in assists and was the team’s third-leading scorer."
