Former Seton Hall head coach Louis Orr is expected to be a part of Patrick Ewing's staff at Georgetown, per multiple sources.

Orr was Ewing’s teammate on the New York Knicks and has extensive coaching experience as a head coach at three different schools (Seton Hall, Bowling Green and Siena) and as an assistant at Xavier, Providence and Syracuse, his alma mater. Though the addition of Orr isn’t the exciting splash that many were hoping Ewing would make, Orr is a safe choice and brings to the bench an experienced Xs and Os guy that Ewing can rely on as a confidante.
In addition to Orr, Ewing is expected to bring on two additional assistant coaches, and given Orr’s role as an Xs and Os guy, the next two need to be excellent recruiters.
