The Georgetown Hoyas and Kansas Jayhawks were supposed to resume the 3rd chapter of their 4 part home and home series this season. However, casual sources indicate that the series has been called off by mutual agreement of both schools.

Kansas had won both of the prior games in the series, the first in 2013 at Kansas by a score of 86-64 and the second at Verizon in 2014 by a score of 75-70. The Series took a break last season, reportedly to allow for the Hoyas to schedule its game with Syracuse. However, it now appears that the temporary hiatus has become permanent.
The Hoyas still have a number of sexy games on next year's non-conference schedule, including a trip to the Maui Invitational in a field that contains UConn, North Carolina, Oklahoma State, Oregon, Tennessee and Wisconsin, home games against Maryland and UConn, and a return to the evil Carrier Dome to face Syracuse.
Kansas, we hardly knew ye.
