Georgetown junior forward Isaac Copeland will transfer to the another institution before at the end of the current semester, a source confirmed with Casual Hoya.
The former 5-star recruit appeared in seven games this season, averaging 5.4 points and 3.3 rebounds per game. He did not appear in three of the last four games after suffering what the program described as a facial injury during the Maui Classic in Hawaii last month.
For his career, the North Carolina native averaged 8.6 points and 4.5 rebounds n 73 games.
The program announced Copeland’s departure Monday evening.
