I hate to be the rumor-mongering type, but have heard through the Hoya grapevine that junior guard D'Vauntes Smith-Rivera may be rethinking his decision to declare for the NBA Draft and will return to Georgetown for his senior season. DSR had declared for the NBA Draft on March 31st, and a press release from the school indicated that he would be hiring an agent. The NBA's Draft Early Entry Eligibility Deadline is April 26th.
More on this as I try to work through the muck of the rumor mill, but that's what I have heard so far so keeping y'all casually posted. This could all be wrong, of course, but it's out there.
Obviously, this would be great news for the Hoyas next season. Stay tuned...
