Syracuse Fan's License Plate Gets Pwned by NCAA

This Syracuse fan's license plate was in the parking lot of the Montgomery Mall in Bethesda, Maryland.

The NCAA left a post-it note on it which reads, poetically:

Please Vacate This License Plate.
