No real surprise here after Stephen Domingo committed to Georgetown, but local product Josh Hart (Sidwell Friends, DC) has moved on.
The final schools are on my list are Rutgers, Arizona, Memphis, Penn St, Miami,Cincy, and Nova. In no particular order

Hart, the 89th ranked prospect on ESPN's Top 100, appeared at a few Georgetown games last season in Hoyas gear and was initially considered a heavy Georgetown lean due to his local ties. However, after all of the scholarships in the Class of 2013 were gone after Domingo's commitment and an impressive showing this offseason in AAU tournaments, the writing was on the wall for Hart to look elsewhere.
