I am sick. I hate being sick. It ruins my day, I sneeze 1,000 times, I blow my nose constantly, and I am a baby. I have a standard head cold right now, and I am acting like it's the end of the world. Good news for you all though, when I am sick I become extra hateful. And since I had to work late all last week while being sick, I am VERY VERY hateful. What better day to hate than a Monday?

One day. One day away from life beginning anew. Tomorrow my life will be full of joy. No longer will Sportscenter be filled with useless baseball highlights. Tomorrow the NFL begins. But for today, I am full of rage and hate and all that is wrong with the world.
If there is one thing we've learned here at THE GLOBAL PHENOMENON in the past month, it's that people love lunch and people love HATE. Pure, unadulterated hate. Let it bubble inside you, let it sit there for hours, days, months, even years. Then let it explode on this blog. Hit your keyboard with all your might. Let it pour out of you.

It's Monday, everybody hates Mondays, and I'm in a particularly hateful mood, so why not start what will become a recurring feature during the season. It's pretty simple, just a bunch of things I am currently hating. Nothing is more cathartic than telling the world what you hate on an anonymous college basketball blog, so please hate away in the comments. Ultimately this feature will be used to hate on the team we are playing during the season and will be a forum for brainstorming the most lewd cheers possible for taunting. Because it's the offseason, for now I'll just be hating on random things. I love hating.
