There's nothing quote like watching NCAA Tournament action in a boozeless Verizon Center in which Georgetown isn't playing, but hey, if you're up for it, check out the below from an email I received this morning:
The 2013 NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Championship East Regional is coming to Washington, D.C. March 28 & 30, 2013 and will be hosted by Georgetown University and held at Verizon Center!
As a supporter of Georgetown University Athletics, you have the opportunity to purchase tickets before they go on sale to the general public. To take advantage of this special offer, please read all of the pertinent information below.
This special offer is available beginning at 10 am on Monday, July 30 and shall remain in effect only until August 24, 2012, or until all available tickets have been purchased, whichever comes first. Any such tickets remaining after this date will be made available to the general public.

When placing your order, you will be asked to log in. Please select " I am a New User" and complete each field, including the security questions. If your email address is already associated to an account in the NCAA ticketing system, then choose I am an Existing User and log in using your existing email address and password.Please note:
Each customer may purchase a maximum of eight (8) total tickets, subject to availability. Once you have purchased your full allotment of tickets, the link will no longer be usable.
The Georgetown men's basketball team is not eligible to play at this NCAA Regional site.
All ticket orders will be processed by the NCAA's online ticketing website (not by Georgetown University).

You will be purchasing tickets for a "general access" event; therefore, specific seat locations will not be available while submitting your ticket order. After the deadline to purchase tickets has passed, all order data will be reviewed by Georgetown University Athletics and Verizon Center who will fulfill the orders. Actual seat assignments may not be available until tickets are shipped in February, 2013.
Please note that, even though you received this e-mail, there is no guarantee that tickets will be available when you log in. Ticket availability is very limited and demand for this event is expected to be very high. Furthermore, it is possible that only some, and not all, of the ticket prices and locations mentioned above will be available for purchase when you log in, and the seats you purchase may not be contiguous or adjacent to one another. Every person, regardless of age, must have a ticket to be admitted to the 2013 NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Championship. No exit and reentry to the facility will be permitted.
Replacement tickets will not be issued. Therefore, it is imperative that if and when you receive your tickets, you properly secure them. The NCAA, host institution/conference or host venue will not be responsible for lost or misplaced tickets.
