New York Judge grants Syracuse's motion to have Bernie Fine lawsuit heard in Syracuse

The judge, a Syracuse graduate, moved the case from original venue of New York City. He writes that the plaintiff's arguments "equate to nothing more than mere beliefs, suspicions, and a feeling of possible bias."
