Well according to Jason King of "Yahoo sports", a 4-0 sweep of China relegates the Hoyas to the losers column. Well since it was a foreign goodwill tour I would have to agree. Now correct me if I'm wrong but last time I looked Jason King was a sports writer, not a foreign affairs writer. It's almost as if this was a frate initiation party in Beijing and the Hoyas just needed to say "thank you can I have another". The Hoyas are losers, really??? This team was pushed to the very end and still came out classy. With last years departure of four seniors, two of which were standout players in the BE and team leaders, the Hoyas new leadership was in question. Jason Clark has set the tone for this years team, " don't start nun and there won't be nun". And speaking of this years team, they picked up five freshman, one red-shirt, lose a center (in Moses for the year), and still swept China 4-0. For myself I applaud these young men for putting this incident behind them, coming together as a team and winning. I said it before and I will say it again, these young men are no longer the pups of the Kenner League they are "HOYAS".
