Went to Pacers/Bobcats last night (yes, tickets WERE available!) to see Big Roy and try to get over my disappointment with this year's Hoyas.  The Pacers actually have a decent team....of course I inferred that by watching them come back from 12 down to win by 25 or whatever against the Bobcats, for crissakes, but I digress.  Cryler Hanstravel (as the ABC'ers or "Anybody but Carolina" fans call him here in Charlotte) literally couldn't miss a jumpshot, went for like 25 and 8 or something like that. 

Big Roy went for 13 and 14 and as we became accustomed to over his Georgetown career, they never threw him the ball.  He had 4 assists, 2 steals and 2 blocks...a pretty good night.  I have seats a few rows behind the visitor's bench and as the horn sounded and the final 78 people that were still in the arena started to leave, I have Roy a "Hoya Saxa, Big Roy!" as he walked to the locker room.  He immediately turned to me and gave me a fist pump.  I swayed like a little schoolgirl.  Yes, I'm a 32 year old male.  My girlfriend was extremely proud of me.
