In Hoya news, Jason Clark nabbed the top 50th spot in the 2011-2012 season preview of top-100 college basketball players, unfortunately enough Hollis Thompson was not mentioned. Jason Clark was commended for his offense and his quality defensive skill. Just a little pre-season fuel for the Hoya fire, especially since Georgetown is not mentioned in any of the polls as of late, (AP, USA Today, RPI). This season could be considered a rebuilding year for the Hoya's with the addition of five in-coming freshman and two special coaching assistants. But regardless of what this 2011-2012 season has in store for the Hoya's the foundation is set and seems pretty sound with the athletic, lean, 6-8 ballers that JT3 and staff have gathered. For myself I'm still optimistic, even if the Hoya's match what they have done in the past two years it would still be a great accomplishment for this young team.
