Consistency
I just want consistency for the Big East season. Losses are losses, but I want consistent effort.
My handle used to be Jeff Green's Dad, but it was confusing and creepy, namely because I am not his dad. My new handle is JGD. I am trim and in charge.
Personality
I want this team to be hungry. I want to stop seeing guys walk up the court with their heads down in frustration when the shots aren’t falling. I want to see the effort this team displays against the top competition against every other opponent they play.
