Looks like another jersey will soon go up in McDonough.

Well deserved.

I'm so excited...

…to have realized we get the NBA Network.

I’m sure this will fade once I remember how ball is played in the NBA, although OKC is fun to watch and I know Pat will make it fun.

Why so Syracuse?

Love to see how hoyas do

But I lived through Reggie miller’s career while cheering for the Knicks. Tough to support the Pacers, Roy or not.

Wish him the best, of course. Excited to watch Greg too.

Gross Oversight . . .

if his jersey is not already up in the gym. . . wasn’t he drafted by the Kings back in ‘08? Isn’t that the requirement to get on the wall? Too many questions . . . not enough answers!!!

isnt the green jersey a seattle jersey?

Good talk.

Jeff wasn't drafted by Seattle

I’m pretty sure the requirement is to make a roster.

McDonough should have a live webcam showing the wall of jerseys and broadcasting it through a series of tubes to the world. It could be hosted by this site if the university’s resources are too limited. It would settle this argument before the outbreak of justifiable violence.

Good talk.

THAT IS LAME

Should be that it goes up when you make an NBA roster

I am writing a sternly worded letter to McDonough which I am positive they will read FIRST THING or burn it along with every other post that has ever appeared on THE GLOBAL PHENOMENON.

Casually.

I am actually just about 100% sure the jersey is NOT up

At least last time I was in McDonough, during women’s basketball season this past year…

Ditto

I remember going through each of them at Kenner for a non-Hoya and am fairly certain that there was not a PE2 jersey … yet.

Ah, Memories

From the Post

“Georgetown repeatedly turned to Hibbert inside during the final five minutes. After Tyrese Rice (22 points) hit a three-pointer to bring Boston College within 50-49, Ewing found the 7-foot-2 center for a dunk as the shot clock expired. Green picked up a loose ball that led to a fast-break layup from Jessie Sapp, and Green also ripped away an offensive rebound that led to a layup and foul shot. Hibbert and Ewing put an exclamation point on the win in the final minute, when Hibbert fed Ewing for a reverse dunk along the baseline.

As impressive as Ewing’s dunk was, it still paled in comparison with Green’s, mainly because of the timing.

“The first thing that came to my head was wow. He jumped over me, too,” said Sapp, who had three assists and five steals. “After he got that dunk, it turned the whole game around. The momentum changed, everybody started getting hyped and buzzed, and we started playing basketball.”

Why so Syracuse?
