What:
A cornucopia of goodness from the make-your-own salad bar at Rouses Supermarket in New Orleans, Louisiana.  The above contains (clockwise) a mix of olives and kicked up feta cheese, chunks of crab meat, jalapenos, sliced chicken, carrots, cherry tomatoes, a few slices of pepperoni on a bed of lettuce topped with a nice rasberry vinagarette, and a couple spoonfuls of a legume mix which includes some kidney beans and chick peas.
