"Interesting" Comment on UConn vs. Gtown video

So, being the bored high-schooler I am who is on summer break, I stumbled upon a video of the infamous Georgetown vs. UConn game in which the Hoyas had an amazing game and Austin had his most amazing performance of the season. However, what caught my eye was not the video itself, but the first comment.

The comment, interestingly enough, comes from someone named "gatorfan."

Time to fire jt3,the last 3 years this team has underachieved like no other. They make the same mistakes,(no 3pt d,second shots, unforced turnovers, missed free throws)He recruits mentally and soft players.Remember,jt3 did not recruit green.FIRE HIM NOW!!!This is getting fuckin outta line now you fucks!FIRE THE CUNT!

Wow. This kid has no idea what he is talking about, especially with the no three pointer comment and the mentally soft players. With performances put on by Freeman, Wright, and Clark from beyond the arc the past season, "gatorfan" could not be more wrong. It is also hard to say our recruits are mentally soft when Georgetown runs one of the most complex offense sets in the country. "FIRE THE CUNT!" was a nice touch, too.

And here I thought the discourse on CasualHoya

Was so highminded that no high school student could ever keep up. Either it’s not that enlightening or you are so far ahed of the curve that you should be awarded a diploma immediately. I’ll assume the latter.

FIRE THE CUNT is an excellent choice of words. Likely been thrown around UConn so often shen thinking about Calhoun over the past year that it’s their way of saying ‘hello.’

i disagree wholewheartedly with the criticism

but isn’t the comment criticizing the three point defense (not the actual 3-point shooting)?

I do think we’ve occasionally struggled with 3-point defense and allowing second shots, but certainly don’t think it warrants firing JT3.

I think it’s clear to everyone (JT3 included) that we need to play better defense and improve our ability to get stops. Certainly bringing in Moses and Lubick will definitely help, though the loss of Monroe will mean our starting lineup will get shorter, so that won’t help.

My doublestuffed oreos fell on the floor of my mom's basement. Save me swagman!

Likely a UConn or Cuse fan trying to elicit responses

Thompson the Third is the best thing to happen to Georgetown since the opening of a Taco Bell in Leavey. I think Thompson the Third came first through.

Good talk.

Crazy talk

Are you really saying that JT3 is better than this:

Blasphemy
