Allegations are coming fast and furious out of Villanova that Scottie Reynolds and Corey Fisher spent the 2nd half of the season fighting. Why you ask?
Because Fisher impregnated Reynolds' girlfriend, setting off a DC/VA vs. NY/NJ battle royal in the Villanova locker room.
Talk about awkward.

I'm fairly confident
my brother invented this rumor.
I heard this a couple of weeks ago too...
who knows if it’s true, but story goes that those two couldn’t even be out on the floor at the same time bc they were getting along so badly. It came from a knowledgeable source (a former Big East Coach) so sounded it reliable.

well before the Deadspin story. It would explain the end of season swoon, but their problems weren’t so much team chemistry as much as lack of size and piss poor defense. As Reynolds’ playing days are over, it shouldn’t be an issue going forward (if the rumors are true).
