Props to the AD

The athletic department at Georgetown gets a bad rap most of the year.  Casual is typically relentless as are most of the other fan sites.  Most people don't realize how severely understaffed that department is.  However, the department deserves a lot of credit for what they pulled off during the last 8 days.  The Duke game was a sell out but the AD worked extremely hard to limit Duke fans to seats in the 400 level.  It showed.  I know first hand that many staff members literally worked around the clock to deal with all of the logistics of a sellout with the President in attendance.

They had to turn it around again for South Florida and then today they put on a game in the midst of one of the worst snow storms in a long time and a surprisingly big crowd showed up.  The players and coaches do and should get most, if not all of the credit.  Casual, I promise this won't become a habit but the staff deserves a nod of approval when they execute like they have in this past week.

Just sayin...

We may not agree with anything you say, but we will fight to the death for your right to say it.

all without an athletic director

i think once the hyper-active, wrist band-challenged male cheerleader graduates, that he should get the AD job

Absolutely agree

Phenomenal job today. We’re tough, but fair and will give plenty of credit where credit is due

It's not you, it's me.
