At the risk of changing the subject from last night's epic, here is a video of Roy doing some MMA workouts. He used them to shed 23 pounds this offseason. Pretty great write-up of his season here.

only bad thing i would have to say about the article is that they didnt really mention Georgetown, specifically his development at gtown
