Enough with all the tweets from the men's team and predictions of doom after the Marquette loss. Today let's focus on a feel-good story from the Hilltop, your LADY HOYAS:
[The Hoyas] now have vaulted into the national rankings for the first time since the end of the 1992-93 season. The Hoyas (12-2, 1-0 Big East) are ranked No. 25 in this week's USA Today/ESPN coaches' poll and have been receiving votes in the Associated Press poll the past four weeks.
It gets better. They're on an 11-game winning streak, lead Division I in steals and, oh this is the kicker, rank second in turnover margin. Coach Terri Williams-Flournoy come give the men's team a clinic!
Your Lady Hoyas next play Saturday at 7pm at South Florida; tipoff pretty much the exact moment CasualHoya slips into an alcohol induced coma following losses by the Man Hoyas and the J-E-T-S.
