Rick Reilly and Alonzo Mourning at Gaston Hall on July 23rd

As part of ESPN's "Homecoming" series, Rick Reilly will sit down with 'Zo in Gaston Hall on July 23rd.

Here's how you can be there, per the Hoya Hoop Club:

"Hoya Fans,

Georgetown University's Gaston Hall will be the next site for ESPN's "Homecoming" series, as noted sports journalist Rick Reilly will interview Hoya legend Alonzo Mourning on Thursday, July 23 at 8 p.m. The one-on-one interview will air on Thursday, August 6 on ESPN.

To be part of the studio audience, please e-mail your full name, age, phone number, e-mail address, to Hoyas Unlimited at hoyasunlimited@georgetown.edu

We look forward to seeing you at this very special event. Hoya Saxa!

Hoya Hoop Club"

I once ran into Rick Reilly at a bar in New Orleans.  Let's just say that I hope he's had a few in him before taking the stage in Gaston because the dude has some real casual stories.

I guess Alonzo's OK, too.

Casually.

Question #1

Why aren’t you the assistant coach for Georgetown?

Good talk.

Reilly

Why not mention Reilly’s awful dancing skills or his lame attempts at hooking up with your friends?

Whatever.

Oof

Reilly definitely not the best dancer of all time. Stu Scott also tossed out some fistpumps with us that weekend.

If memory serves, Reilly had some tremendous John Daly stories.

Documented
