A tale of two halves.  Georgetown went into the locker room at the end of the first half up only five points but ended up winning the game by sixteen.

Quote of the night goes to the Tulane announcers at the 7:31 mark:

"The Tulane students were yelling overrated at Greg Monroe earlier in the night.  He has 18 points now.  Yeah, that wasn't very smart."

Top Georgetown performer: Greg Monroe - 18 points / 11 rebounds

Top Tulane performer David Booker - 14 points / 7 rebounds.

More coverage to follow tomorrow, including commentary from those in attendance, links to articles and press conference and post-game awards.

Good win

I’m just glad I can pull the razor blades away from my wrists.

I keed, I keed. I wouldn’t have sliced my wrists if we’d lost. I was going to commit seppuku

I ate the blue ones ... they taste like burning.
