Based on the below, I think the Hoyas should tank its next two regular season games. There's no reason to give the Red Storm or the Wildcats any gameplan secrets for our upcoming matchups in the Big East Tournament as to how we're not going to play defense or attack them with horrible 3s.

Or Georgetown could win 2 or 3 of their remaining games (Nova, Depaul, St. John's) and pass Seton Hall who could easily go 0-3 (Pitt, Louisville, Cincinnati) and all else being equal and move up to the #11 seed to play USF and then Providence, all else remaining the same. A much easier first two games then what you have projected

As to the substance of your post, any seed that has a potential game against the now-decimated Marquette is the way to go.
